Delete your Jestrivo account

You can ask for your Jestrivo account and personal data to be deleted at any time:

• In the app: Menu → your name → Delete my account.
• Here: fill in the form below.

What happens next: we confirm the request with you by email and complete it within 30 days.

• For a staff member, your sign-in, phone and personal details are removed. The business keeps the sales and records you made, without your personal details, because its accounts must stay complete. Your business owner is told.
• For a business owner, the whole business is closed and its data deleted, except records the law requires us to keep for a period (for example payment records).
